StarBlyn OPC Private Limited is a One Person Company registered in India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for information submitted through this website.

You can reach us at info@starblyn.com about anything in this policy, including any request or complaint about your personal data.

There is one place on this website where you can give us personal data, and that is the contact form. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

When you submit the contact form we receive:

We use what you send solely to read your message and reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not build a profile of you.

Your message is delivered to us as an email and is not written to any database. It lives in our mailbox and nowhere else.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with anyone except as described in the next section.

Our email provider, because delivering an email necessarily involves the service that carries it. They process it on our instructions in order to provide that service.

Our hosting provider, which operates the server this site runs on. Our server is located in India.

We will also disclose information where we are required to by law. If that ever happens we will tell you, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and for up to twenty-four months after our last exchange with you. After that they are deleted.

If you ask us to delete your message sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason. See your rights below.

We use a self-hosted, privacy-preserving analytics tool to count page views and understand which pages are read. It runs on our own server and reports to nobody else.

It sets no cookies, does not use browser fingerprinting, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect anything that identifies you individually. What we see is aggregate: how many people read a page, roughly where in the world they were, and which site sent them.

Because it collects no personal data and sets no cookies, there is no consent banner on this site. There is nothing to consent to.

This website sets no cookies at all. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party embeds, no social media pixels, and no fonts or scripts loaded from another domain. Every asset is served from starblyn.com itself.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights over personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of them, email us. We will respond within thirty days.

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy, and framing disabled. The contact endpoint is rate limited and accepts requests only from this site.

No security measure is absolute, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. What we can say is that this site holds no accounts, no passwords and no payment details, so there is very little here to lose.

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us their data, email us and we will delete it.

Project J is our product and is a separate service with its own accounts, its own data and its own privacy terms. This policy does not cover it, and nothing submitted through this website is shared with it.

We will update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top is when the current wording took effect, and material changes will be reflected there. This version is in effect from 18 August 2026.
